Ships in a box or air bobble bag smaller than the hat , and will arrive bundled up, but once unpacked it will return to it's shape.And we would provide directions on how to steam the hat.

To measure your head:
Place a measuring tape on your forehead just above eyebrow level and pass it around your head, ensuring that the widest part of the head is included. Common sizes for women are about 21 1/2"/56 cm -23"/59.6 cm. It should be a snug measurement, you can add 1/2"/1.3cm for ease.
